Free-hand drawing of a contour
When you use free-hand drawing to draw a contour, the drawn shape is broken down to a series of connected lines. These are treated as normal lines. For details about how to manage regular lines, see Drawing lines and axes.
To use free hand for drawing a contour
- Do any of the following:
- On the Objects toolbar, click Free Hand Contour
.
- On the Objects menu, point to Free Hand, and then click Free Hand Contour.
- Click where you want the starting point of the curve to be, and then begin drawing.
- When you have drawn the shape that you want, release the mouse button.
- In the graphical area, click anywhere to position the series of connected lines.
- To cancel the mode, press ESC.
