Free-hand drawing of discrete objects
Free-hand drawing is associated with either a line, an arc or a circle. As a result, the drawn object acquires the properties (contextual edit bars, tabular pane representation, control points, attributes, procedures for repositioning and modification) that apply for the associated object.
To use free hand for drawing discrete objects
- Do any of the following:
- On the , click Free Hand Single Objects
.
- On the Objects menu, point to Free Hand, and then click Free Hand Single Objects.
- Click where you want the starting point of the curve to be, and then begin drawing by dragging the mouse pointer.
- When you have drawn the shape you want, release the mouse button.
A sample image of the associated line, arc or circle appears.
- In the graphical area, click anywhere to position the associated object.
- Press ESC to finish drawing.
