Exporting multiple-page print presentations

Before exporting a multiple-page print presentation, you need to update the information in all the print drawings. This ensures that no information is lost and that the order of pages in an exported print presentations is up to date.

To refresh print drawings

1. After you have completed the preparation of the print presentation, click Refresh .

2. Consider your situation:

• To refresh only the current drawing in the print presentation, click Refresh Current. This ensures that the information in the drawing — for example, its page number in the total number of pages in the presentation — is up to date.
• To refresh all the drawings in the print presentation, click Refresh All. This ensures that the information in all the pages in the print presentation is brought up to date — for example, that the page numbers are in the correct sequence.

3. Proceed with exporting the print presentation.
