Rearranging print drawings positions in print presentations
Rearranging the position of a print drawing along a print presentation means changing its position and assigning a new position to it. This also affects the order in which the print drawings will be arranged take in an exported multiple-page file. Consider the following example:
To change the position of a print drawing
- After you have created a multiple-page print presentation, right-click the tab of the print drawing whose position you want to change.
- Consider your situation:
- To move the print drawing down the sequence of pages, click Page down. This will move the print drawing further down the sequence of print drawings, increasing its number in the tab — for example, if it was 1, it will become 2.
- To move the print drawing up the sequence, click Page up. This will move the print drawing up the sequence of print drawings, lowering its number in the tab — for example, if it was 3, it will become 2.
- Depending on how you want the pages to be, click Page up or Page down.
