General procedure for resizing Library parametric templates

When you open an existing resizable design, you can see the related information both as a graphical view of its structure along with its dimensions , and as a table view, containing all the information about parameters, corresponding to the dimensions and their values. In the tabular pane, you can edit the values or expressions of the parameters that need to be changed. When a parameter expression is modified, the system applies the new values in each calculation, where this parameter participates and thus resizes the whole structure, keeping into account all dependences between the panels.

General procedure for resizing designs

1. With your design opened, look at the Tabular pane: click in the Expression field corresponding to the respective parameter that you wish to change.
2. Current parameter expression becomes selected, indicating that you can start editing the Expression field: enter a new expression value and press Enter or click the mouse anywhere in the Tabular pane.

EngView resizes the design according to the values you entered.

NOTE: Some parameters contain predefined values which may be selected from a combo box in the Expression field. Of course, you may override these predefined expressions and enter a new one according to your needs.
