Removing external objects from the 3D work area

There are two methods of removing an object inserted into the 3D work area: in the work area or in the tabular area. Note that once removed from the 3D work area an object remains in the project and can still be used; it exists as a tab in the 3D Objects dialog box. To re-insert the object, follow this procedure (Steps 5 and later).

To remove an inserted object

To remove an object in the 3D work area

• Right-click the object, and then click Delete on the context menu.

To remove an object in the tabular area

1. Select the row containing the external object.

2. Right-click the row, and then click Delete on the context menu.
