Sheet layout

Swapping artworks and layout 1ups In the graphical area, you can swap artworks or 1ups to achieve better arrays. You can swap:

Individual part statistics for layout variant comparison The second phase of the layout nesting arrangement has been redesigned to aid the comparison of layout variants. Each layout 1up (part) featured in a variant is now visualized and accompanied by its own table of statistics, in which you follow how the 1up is used in variants. Variant comparison is additionally made easier by highlighting the currently selected one.

Pattern-conformant part placement While working with layout 1ups (parts), you can use pattern-based suggestions for positioning a part relative to an existing group of parts. The program offers to place the new part into or around the group in accordance with the group's pattern. In this way, parts can be moved around an array without compromizing the pattern. Gaps for the new part are also determined by the used pattern. The functionality works for both placing new parts or repositioning existing parts.

More options for automatic clip path resolution In the automatic clip path resolution method, you can now use a follow-up conflict area resolution technique: after an initial important/unimportant area conflict has been resolved, if any conflict areas still remain, the middle path clip path resolution method can be applied.
