Inserting print parts by rectangle
- To start creating a new print drawing, do one of the following:
 
- In the Print Frame Placement dialog box that appears 
. 
- On the Tools menu, point to Print, and then click New Print Drawing.
 
- Press CTRL+I+N.
 
- To create a blank print drawing, in the Print Frame Placement dialog box, click Cancel.
 
- Do any of the following:
 
- On the , click Place Part by Rectangle 
. 
- On the Tools menu, point to Print, and then click Insert Part by Rectangle.
 
- Press CTRL+I+P+R.
 
The following contextual edit bar appears above the print drawing:
- In Part, select the part that you want to insert.
 
- Do any of the following:
 
- Snap the control point of the part to another object or point.
 
- In the graphical area, click where you want the first vertex that defines the rectangle to be, and then click.
 
- Do any of the following:
 
- Point to where you want the second vertex of the rectangle to be, and then click.
 
- In Dx and Dy enter, respectively, the width and height of the rectangle.
 
- (Optional) To insert more print parts, repeat Steps 4–10.
 
- To cancel the insertion of print parts, press ESC.
