Corrections Parameters

The standard 0202 Overlap Slotted Container (OSC) is a set of three modifications - FEFCO 0202, FEFCO 0202a and FEFCO 0202 Overlap Container. All designs consist of four sides, eight flaps and a glue flap. The only difference between FEFCO 0201 and FEFCO 0201a stems from the position of the glue lap: adjoining the 'length' side (Lss1) in FEFCO 0202 and adjoining the 'width' side (Wss)  in FEFCO 0202a. The main difference in 202 Overlap Container stems from the fact that the short-side fringes of the flaps are not collinear.

Name: Description: Used in/Using parameters: Default expression (mm):
C90X Defines the correction when the folding is at 90 degrees and is parallel to the X axis.

While material thickess (d) falls within range of flF through flB, C90X correction has same value as the C90y correction.

Used In:
FH, FH1
(Flaps)
Using:
DT
(Main)
C90x(d(),fd(),DT)
C90Y Defines the correction when the folding is at 90 degrees and is parallel to the Y axis.

While material thickess (d) falls within range of flF through flB, C90Y correction has same value as the C90x correction.

Used In:
Lss1, Wss, Lss, Wss1
(Score-to-Score)
Using:
DT
(Main)
C90y(d(),fd(),DT)
HC90X Defines the correction of the height when the folding is at 90 degrees and is parallel to the X axis.

Here, also, you will not find a visible change in the value of this correction while the material thickness falls within the range of flF through flB.

Used In:
Hss
(Score-to-Score)
Using:
DT
(Main)
HC90x(d(), fd(), DT)
GLC Defines the correction due to glue flap. At the glued joint, one material thickness (d) is added to the side that is next to the glue flap. Taking into account that fact, this side (measured through Lss1) has to be preliminarily shortened by one d. Used In:
Lss1, Wss1
(Score-to-Score)
GlueCorr(d())
LPC Defines correction of the last panel. This correction is applied whenever there is a glue flap attached. What's the meaning of it? It tends toward keeping the distance between the end of the glue flap and the end of the opposite outermost panel of the base, at the glue area. Also, no matter the dimension type (DT), you achieve same mentioned above distance. Another words, no matter the dimension type you choose, the distance between two opposite ends, at the glue area, will be equal. Here, LPC is applied to the 'Hss1' side. Used In:
Lss1, Wss1
(Score-to-Score)
LPCorr(d())
