Today, February 24, 2026, marks a historic milestone for Sirma Group — and for all of us at EngView Systems. As part of the Sirma family, we are proud to share that Sirma Group Holding AD [BSE: SIRM] is officially live on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE), completing a dual listing that opens a new chapter in the group's growth story. 

The bell was rung in Frankfurt by Sirma Group CEO Tsvetan Alexiev, EngView Systems CEO Georgi Marinov, Director of R&D Veselin Kirov, and other leaders from across the group — a proud tradition symbolizing new beginnings and the recognition of meaningful achievement. 

From Sofia to Frankfurt
This dual listing on the EuroBridge platform, connecting the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, was approved by the Financial Supervision Commission in October 2025. The formal contract with Deutsche Börse AG was signed on January 8, 2026, setting today as the official start of trading.
To be admitted to the FSE, Sirma met strict requirements around financial reporting, corporate governance, and transparency. It is an achievement that very few Bulgarian technology companies have reached. 

Stock of the Year
The timing of this listing comes on the heels of strong recognition for Sirma Group. At the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's 25th annual awards ceremony, Sirma was named "Stock of the Year" by Investor.bg and received the SOFIX award for the largest price increase in 2025 — an impressive +103%. 

What it means? 
The dual listing reflects Sirma Group's long-term commitment to transparency, access to international capital markets, and sustainable growth across Europe and beyond. After more than a decade as a publicly listed company serving an increasingly international client base, this move is a natural evolution and a statement of intent.
