In the CFF/DDES tab, you can manage how CFF and DDES files are handled when you use them in EngView.
To view this tab, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click CFF2/DDES.
Import Options regarding the importation of CFF2 and DDES files
Show warnings during import Displays system warnings for possible problems during import.
Ignore all unrecognized Ignores all objects with line types which are not included in the existing linetype-style associations that is, they are not imported from the CFF2/DDES file. When the check box is cleared, the objects are imported and are assigned a default, normal style.
Line width in points Calculates in points the width (thickness) of all lines in the imported structure.
Ignore layout source name During import, ignores the custom names assigned to layout drawings. When files are imported into Package Designer, the layout drawings are named "Layout", "Layout1", "Layout2" and so on.

Layout naming Options for what name an imported layout drawing will have in a EngView project.
Use source name The layout drawing is imported with the name it was given when it was created outside EngView.

DDES line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations that the program will apply for the style of the linetype during import of DDES files.
CFF2 line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations for the style of the linetype during import of CFF2 files.
N File line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations for the style of the linetype during import of N files.
Export Options regarding the export of files as CFF2 ansd DDES files
DDES2 line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations for the style of the linetype during export in the DDES2 file format.
DDES3 line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations for the style of the linetype during export in the DDES3 file format.
CFF2 line types Opens a dialog box in which you set associations for the style of the linetype during export in the CFF2 file format.
