EngView with a Bar-Inspired booth for PRINTING United Expo 2026

EngView with a Bar-Inspired booth for PRINTING United Expo 2026

In just over three weeks, the EngView team is heading to Las Vegas for PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place September 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

This year, we are bringing something a little different to the show: a custom bar-inspired booth designed in EngView Package & Display Designer and produced in collaboration with our partners 3A Composites and Mimaki USA. The SWEDBOARD material for the booth is provided by 3A Composites, while the printing and cutting of the individual components will be done on Mimaki USA equipment thus bringing the complete workflow from CAD design to physical production together in one project.

We are excited to be at PRINTING United again this year. It is one of the largest events for the printing and graphic arts industry, that brings together professionals from commercial printing, packaging, apparel, wide-format, labels and other segments. And the 2026 show is expected to welcome more than 30,000 attendees and 800 exhibitors from 104 countries.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see how EngView Package & Display Designer can support packaging and display workflows, from structural design and 3D visualization to production preparation. It is also a chance to discuss specific packaging challenges, see live demonstrations, and explore how EngView can help make everyday design work faster and more efficient.

Welcome to the EngView bar

For PRINTING United Expo 2026, we wanted to create something a little different from a traditional exhibition booth.

The concept takes inspiration from a classic bar, but with an EngView concept: instead of bottles behind the bar, visitors will find packaging mockups. The booth itself becomes part of the experience, showcasing the type of structural and creative work packaging and display professionals can develop with EngView.

The structure uses 16 mm and 10 mm SWEDBOARD, provided by 3A Composites, while Mimaki USA will support the printing and cutting of the booth components.

The project follows a complete design-to-production workflow: starting with the structural idea, developing and checking the design digitally, and then preparing the individual parts for printing, cutting and assembly.

More than just a booth

The project also shows that packaging CAD software can be used for much more than individual boxes.

The same structural design principles can be applied to POP/POS displays, exhibition structures, furniture-like constructions, and other projects made from sheet materials.

By creating the booth ourselves, we are able to demonstrate the complete journey from digital design to the finished physical structure visitors will see at PRINTING United Expo.

Come see the finished booth in person, meet the EngView team, and talk with us about your own packaging and display design challenges.
