An example for the use of the line style convention is the design of male and female stripping dies in which elements in the male die are automatically transferred to the female die by designating, in the male die, a female die style to them. In the example, the lateral wooden blocks in the male stripping die are indicated in different styles. This results in their automatic transferring to the female stripping die.

The program generates the male and the female stripping dies. In the male stripping die drawing, all the contours of the lateral waste blocks are in the FemaleStrippingDies style. (To view this, select a line of the contour and check the style in the style dropdown list above the graphical area.) Notice that in the female die drawing, there are currently no lateral stripping elements.
